三角带温度如何保证运行?

一般水泥厂的很多重要设备都是采用三角带进行传动的。由于新型干法水泥生产线生产工艺流程的连续性,对机械设备的连续稳定运转也提出了更高的要求,尤其是在熟料的烧成阶段。这些设备的运转状态直接关系到窑的运转率和熟料产量,所以掌握这些设备上三角带的状态非常重要。

三角带在运转中如果有太松或打滑等现象,会造成磨损过快,发热甚烧坏,导致使用寿命缩短。但由于这些设备关系到窑的运转,所以不能对这些运转中的设备停下来进行检查。若能及时发现三角带存在的问题,并且提前做好对策和准备,可减少因为三角带原因而引起的不必要的停窑。

这说明三角带的表面温度越高,发生断裂的可能性就越大,当接近某一极限值时势必会出现断裂。由于不同的三角带之间所用材质不同且质量各不相同,所以能承受的温度和极限耐温也不同。这需要各三角带厂家在实际生产中长期对此进行测量记录,找出其中的规律。
