分层橡胶运输带的接头：可以根据需要采用机械接头、冷粘接头、热硫化接头等接头方法。一般冷粘接头、热硫化接头采取的是阶梯式结构接头。 PVC和PVG整芯阻燃运输带的接头：由于整芯带的结构比较特殊，接头不太容易，所以大多数采用机械接头办法，即皮带扣接头。但是8级以上的输送带，为了保证接头效果，一般还是采用热硫化接头的方法。接头的结构都是指状接头。PVC和PVG整芯阻燃运输带的热硫化接头工艺比较复杂，对设备的要求也比较高。

The heat vulcanization joint process of PVC and PVG whole core flame retardant conveyor belt is more complex, and the requirements of equipment are also higher.

使用重锤张紧装置的皮带运输机在运输带打滑时可添加配重来解决，添加到运输带不打滑为止。但不应添加过多，以免使皮带承受不必要的过大张力而降低运输带产品使用寿命，使用螺旋张紧或液压张紧的皮带运输机出现打滑时可调整张紧行程来增大张紧力。但是，有时张紧行程已不够，橡胶输送带产品出现了性变形，这时可将运输带截去一段重新进行硫化，在使用尼龙输送带或EP输送带时要求张紧行程较长，当行程不够时也可重新硫化或加大张紧行程来解决，运输带上下两侧是相互影响又相互独立的。

However, sometimes the tension stroke is not enough, and the rubber conveyor belt product has permanent deformation. At this time, a section of the conveyor belt can be cut off and vulcanized again. When nylon conveyor belt or EP conveyor belt is used, the tension stroke is required to be longer. When the stroke is not enough, the tension stroke can be vulcanized again or increased. The upper and lower sides of the conveyor belt are mutually affected and independent.
