大倾角输送带在设计时要注意什么?

  在大倾角带式输送机的设计计算中,要认真考虑主要参数的选择,因为它关系到系统功能的可靠实现和输送设备的生产。

  1带速。胶带的速度不仅影响输送机的输送能力、驱动功率等性能指标,而且影响滚筒、输送带等部件的选择。对于大倾角带式输送机,带速的大小也影响物料输送的稳定性。下料部分,有一个相对速度差由于材料和输送带,高带速提供的摩擦可能无法克服材料本身的惯性力,使材料不能与传送带保持同步运行,导致材料不能运输。因此,不宜选择带式输送机带速高的输送带。

  2模拟摩擦系数。仿真输送机的摩擦因数直接影响传动功率、胶带的强度、不回转矩等主要参数的确定。与普通带式输送机相比,用深沟辊组等装置计算额定工况时,应考虑模拟摩擦因数取较大值。在计算不回料工况时,模拟的摩擦因数与系统特性有关,应取较小的值。

When calculating the non-return working condition, the simulated friction factor is related to the system characteristics, and should be taken as a smaller value.
  3输送带系数。大倾角带式输送机和带材断裂事故,比卧式输送机损伤大得多。因此,输送带的系数应取较大的值。但系数不宜过高,因为取较大的系数,就意味着选择规格(强度)较高的输送带。输送带的强度越大,所需厚度越大,横向刚度越大,进槽越大越差,超过极限,不能保证输送带实现有效的夹紧材料。因此,当输送带因强度过大而无法按设计要求进入槽内时,有必要考虑其他措施,不仅要满足输送带强度的要求,还要满足开槽的要求。

Therefore, the safety factor of conveyor belt should take a larger value. However, the safety factor should not be too high, because taking a larger safety factor means choosing conveyor belts with higher specifications (strength). The greater the strength of the conveyor belt, the greater the thickness required, the greater the transverse stiffness, the worse the grooving, beyond the limit, can not guarantee the conveyor belt to achieve effective clamping materials. Therefore, when the conveyor belt is too strong to enter the tank according to the design requirements, it is necessary to consider other measures, not only to meet the requirements of conveyor belt strength, but also to meet the requirements of slotting.
  输送带下垂:输送带下垂越大,接近托辊组时输送带角度越大,物料越不稳定。
