　　带面破损一般有以下几种情况：一是带面受到锐器或硬物碰撞，如网头金属毛刺，不合理的锐器刮磨等；二是刮水刀或导向轴卡有异物，它们都可能造成表面层破裂，失去保护功能而使浆液渗入带体内。由于带面破损具有不可修复性，所以我们要做好胶带的保养，避免保护层被损坏。一旦发生带面破损，应立即停机，并认真清洗破口，等到充分干燥后再修补。如果因生产需要等原因不能立即停机，应该用不干胶带将破口封住，阻止浆液浸入，一旦有条件，必须实施修补。

If the machine cannot be shut down immediately due to production needs and other reasons, the break shall be sealed with adhesive tape to prevent the slurry from being immersed. Once conditions permit, repair must be carried out.

　　带水会严重影响印花质量，主要表现为得色不均匀和织物污染。要做好导带的接头，保证接头部位的厚度均匀性。这方面原因所造成的带水一般程度不会十分严重，在现场作适当的抛光处理即可，如存放时下部垫有异物，受到重物挤压，硬器碰撞，长期结浆等，会形成片状带水；如果胶带周长方向环状带水(或得色不均)，往往是导轴局部缠上纱线或局部出现严重锈斑，造成胶带一周变形而影响印花。对上述可能产生的问题，在储放、安装和使用导带中须十分注意。因上述原因造成的胶带局部变形，一般来说通过热定形可以，恢复使用。

　　3、破洞

　　绝大多数破洞是因胶带内表面异物所致，所以胶带运行前的检查尤为重要。需要强调的是，修补破洞所用材料更好与胶带本身的材料相同，因为它们具有良好的相容性和相同的变形，修补方法是在强力层部分的破洞用强力层材料补上，在保护层部分的破洞用保护层材料填平，以适当的工艺条件硫化即可。也可拿到生产厂家去修理。

　　4、烂边

　　导致烂边的原因主要是胶带左右漂移使带边与机架发生碰撞或是长期浸泡在水中。烂边问题应及早发现，尽快处理。如果使用允许，应将分层部分切去，否则应充分干燥后粘好，有的应进行加边施工。
