我们常用的输送带的接头方法

1、 接头的办法: 保送带接头的办法有:机械接头、冷粘接头、热硫化接头号几个常用的办法。 机械接头普通是指运用皮带扣接头,这种接头办法便当便利,也比拟经济,但是接头的效率低,容易损坏,对保送带产品的运用寿命有一定影响。 PVC和PVG整芯阻燃抗静电保送带接头中,普通8级带以下的产品都采用这种接头办法。
1. Joint method: The way to deliver the joints with the belt is: mechanical joints, cold bonded joints, hot vulcanized joints number several commonly used methods. 2、冷粘接头:即采用冷粘粘合剂来停止接头。这种接头方法比机械接头的效率高,也比拟经济,应该可以有比拟好的接头效果,但是从理论来看,由于工艺条件比拟难控制,另外粘合剂的质量对接头的影响十分大,所以不是很稳定。 热硫化接头,理论证明是理想的一种接头办法,可以保证高的接头效率,同时也十分稳定,接头寿命也很长,容易控制。但是存在工艺费事、费用高、接头时间长等缺陷。
2. Cold-bonded joint: that is, cold-bonded adhesive is used to stop the joint. This kind of joint method is more efficient and economical than mechanical joint. It should have better joint effect. But theoretically, it is not very stable because the process conditions are difficult to control and the quality of adhesives has a great influence on the joint. Thermally vulcanized joints have been proved to be the most ideal joint method, which can ensure high joint efficiency, stability, long service life and easy to control. However, there are some defects, such as technics trouble, high cost and long joint time.

3、分层保送带的接头: 能够依据需求采用机械接头、冷粘接头、热硫化接头号接头办法。普通冷粘接头、热硫化接头采取的是阶梯式构造接头。

4、PVC和PVG整芯阻燃保送带的接头: 由于整芯带的构造比拟特殊,接头不太容易,所以大多数采用机械接头方法,即皮带扣接头。但是8级以上的保送带,为了保证接头效果,普通还是采用热硫化接头的办法。接头的构造都是指状接头。PVC和PVG整芯阻燃保送带的热硫化接头工艺比拟复杂,对设备的请求也比拟高。
4. Joints of PVC and PVG Whole-core flame-retardant belts: Because of the special structure of the Whole-core belts, the joints are not easy, so most of them adopt mechanical joints, i.e. belt buckle joints. However, in order to ensure the effect of the joint, the hot vulcanized joint is usually used in the delivery belt above grade 8. The joints are all finger joints. The process of hot vulcanized joints of PVC and PVG whole core flame retardant belts is comparatively complex, and the requirements for equipment are also comparatively high.
